We teach students at all levels of firearms knowledge – from beginners to those who are well-experienced shooters.
We are located in Northern Virginia, and serve students who reside in VA, DC, MD and other jurisdictions.

General information:
DISCOVER SHOOTING in partnership with ASI, can provide you with the training required to field strip, clean and maintain your AR-15 or AR-10 rifle. The AR-15 platform is, almost certainly, the most popular rifle in the United States. Any serious owner of an AR-15 needs to be able to fieldstrip the rifle, clean it, lubricate as appropriate and reassemble. This class, conducted by Recardo Alexander, owner of ASI, Accurate Shooting Instruction, will satisfy these requirements and much more.

Prepare your cleaning area and rifle
Separate the upper receiver from the lower receiver
Remove and disassemble the charging handle and bolt carrier group
Clean the bolt carrier
Clean the upper receiver and barrel
Clean the lower receiver
Lubricate, wipe down, and reassemble
Test the gun

Drop off payment prior to your class at our training location any Saturday when concealed carry classes are being conducted. Cash, check or money order is acceptable.
